Tensui is the best premium Japanese restaurant in Bangkok, Tensui is so beautiful beyond belief, bla bla bla, everything I heard about it made me wonder how cool this place must be. During my trip to Bangkok last June, finally I got a chance to experience Tensui in its fullness.
As you walk the pathway to the entrance, there is the Japanese-style open kitchen complete with sushi and sashimi bar. The beautiful hard wood floors and the simple yet elegant interior are so breath-takingly beautiful.

We picked the table by the side of the garden, we felt like we were in Japan! |
We went there during lunch time, and I saw some tables were occupied. But the nicest thing about this place is that it was very quiet. I felt tremendously peaceful and private there, although each tables are just separated by see-through partition.
The food price starts from THB 500, which is considered quite pricey for food price in Thailand, but come on, you pay that price for the delicious and gorgeous food, it’s all worth it! Honestly, when the food were served on our table, I hesitantly ate them because they were too gorgeous to be eaten. XD Mostly we just ordered the lunch set, I didn’t take notes of the menu names so let’s just enjoy the photos!

Cawan Mushi also comes with the lunch set menu. |

MIKAGO BENTO (Japanese Delicacies in Bamboo Basket) – THB 450 |
|
SHIKI BENTO (Two-tier Traditional Lunch Box) – THB 500 |
|
GOHO ZEN NODATE BENTO (Three-tier Traditional Lunch Box) – THB 650 |
Needless to say, the food are gorgeous and so delicious. Every part, every elements of the set compliment each others and created harmonious taste. No wonder people say so many good things about this restaurant. I think they sell experiences, not only great food.
