Actually even before this food tasting event, I have already come back so often to Pancious outlet in Senayan City just for this.
First of all, I love anything Earl Grey (thanks to my mother-in-law who introduced me to her super delicious Earl Grey Chiffon Cake!) so the first thing in mind when I came back from my Sydney trip last month was to try this.
Earl Grey + Milk Tea = LOVE!!
And the greatest thing of all, do you notice the brown-colored ice blocks in the glasses? Yeah, those are a frozen earl grey water, therefore no matter how long we let our drinks just like that, the taste will never change. Cool!
Crab & Tomato Salad IDR 72,000
Refreshing salad to begin with, topped with real crab.
Crab Pasta IDR 76,000
Mild and simple pasta with not-so-simple topping, crab. I love the simplicity and the aftertaste, nothing too much.
Beef & Caramelized Onion IDR 62,500
My favorite amongst all the 7 menu, everything on the plate was just great. The beef was tender and effortlessly melting, very tasty and fragrant. The caramelized onion was nicely crunchy and a little sweet, enhancing the flavor of the beef. Plus, it is served on top of Pancious’ warm waffle, I can imagine this as my lunch or dinner, anytime is okay.
Wagyu 5+ Ribeye Steak IDR 325,000
A wonderful steak with best consistency that swayed me off since the first bite. ‘Nuff said.
New York Burger IDR 98,000
A burger with double patties can be a good or bad thing. Here it’s more to the latter because the patties were slightly overcooked, resulting in a dry, not-so-juicy meat that I found hard to digest. Taste-wise, the burger was fine but lacking of the wow factor.
Creme Brulee Crepes Cake IDR 49,500
A delightful crepes cake to enjoy as dessert. Highly recommended!
In term of F&B, Pancious has never failed to impress me somehow, and I hope this continues for a long time in the future too! <33
